Stuffed Sprout Chilla


Sprouts are rich source of vitamin A,B,C and E sprouts alkalize the body and prevent it from diseases they help in cell regeneration.Sprouts being one of the good source of vitamins should be added in meal.If you are bored having sprouts so here is a new variations which you and your kids are going to love.So do't waste time and get started with it.Stay Fit and Stay Healthy


Ingredients

1/2 cup mong sprouted

1/2 cup moth sprouted

1 cup onion chopped

1/2 cup chopped capsicum

1/2 cup chopped carrot

1/2 cup green peas

1 cup grated cauliflower

1/2 chopped tomatoes

2-3 green chili

1"Ginger

1/2 cup chopped coriander

50 gms Grated paneer

1/2 tsp.turmeric powder

1/2 tsp.coriander powder

1/2 tsp.red chili powder

1 tsp. Maggie masala/chat masala

Salt

Ghee

Water



Method

1.Grind moong & moth dal add ginger and green chili to it grind it well

2.In a pan add ghee to it add seasoning ingredients to it mustard seed,cumin seed and asafetida now goes chopped onion and green chili mix everything well cook until pinkish in color

3.Add turmeric,coriander and red chili powder mix it well add grated cauliflower mix it chopped capsicum,green peas,carrot and mushroom mix it well add salt to taste sprinkle some water and let it cook for 5 minutes

4.Sprinkle some maggie masala/chat masala in it mix well add some grated paneer and chopped coriander

5.Set aside to cool

6.In a hot pan sprinkle some water and clean it apply some in it and pour the batter gently let it cook flip it when cooked on other side again flip and place the stuffing in it and fold it.

7.Serve hot with green chutney and salad



Note:

Soak dal overnight and make sprouts

Grind it well
