Searching for something tasty with the goodness of all the veggies so this hara bhara kabab is the answer to your question.This starter is loaded with spinach,corn,capsicum,carrot and many other veggies.If you want as a light dish just shallow fry it want more taste enhancer deep fry it or simply microwave it.This starter recipe goes well with all the Dips a perfect starter for you party a perfect veggie loaded taste changer for your kiddos




Ingredients


1tbsp. Ghee/Oil

Spinach 250gm

Paneer 100gm

2-3 Boiled  Potato

1/2 Cup Carrot

1/2 Cup Capsicum

1/2 Cup Green peas

1/2 Cup Sweet corn

2-3 chopped green chili

1' ginger chopped

1/2 Cup Chopped coriander and mint leaves

1 Cup Breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp. Black pepper powder

1/2 tsp. Chaat masala

9-10 Cashew

Salt

Oil


Method:


Blanch spinach and make a coarse paste of it


In a pan heat some oil/ghee add chopped green chili and ginger saute it,goes in green veggies on by

one capsicum,carrot boiled peas and corn.let them cook for 4-5 min. on slow flame.


Grind all the green veggies to a coarse mixture


In a bowl take mashed potato add spinach,green veggies mixture mix it well now some fresh

leaves,paneer and bread crumbs


Add all the seasoning salt,black pepper and chaat masala mix it well


Apply some oil in you hands and make round tikki's coat them with bread crumbs mixture and stick

cashew in it

Deep fry them in medium high flame / shallow fry them / microwave

Serve hot with green chutney or any other dip




Note:


If the mixture is sticky add some bread crumbs to it

If you want a more crispy coating make a paste of 1tbsp. all purpose flour and 1tbsp.  corn starch

deep the tikki's in it and then coat them with bread crumbs
