Corn Patties Recipe | Sweet Corn Cutlet | foddiescorner

Rainy season around corn is not to be missed like thing so this rainy season enjoy corn patties with a twist  simple and easy snack whether deep fry or shallow fry both the results are super duper yum.So don't forget to try this yummilicious evening snack with a hot cup ginger tea.One of the new and easy snack which can be added to your party starter menu.So do make and let your dear one's admire your skills

Ingredients


2-3 boiled potato

1 cup boiled corn

1/2 cup chopped beans

1/2 cup chopped capsicum

1/2 cup chopped carrot

1/2 cup chopped coriander

2-3 green chili

1' ginger

1/2 tbsp chat masala

1/2 tbsp black pepper

1 cup breadcrumbs

Salt

Oil

Method

In a bowl take chopped beans,capsicum,carrot boiled potato,sweet corn,green chili and ginger mix them gently

Add all the dry spices in it salt,chat masala and black pepper powder 

Breadcrumbs to the mixture chopped coriander mix all well if the mixture is wet add more breadcrumbs to get good binding

Apply some oil on your hands and make round patties

Coat them with breadcrumbs

Fry them in medium high flame fry till golden  or shallow fry

Corn pattice ready to serve with green chutney



Notes

Boil sweet corn and churn them in mixer grinder don't make paste

Add more breadcrumbs with the mixture is wet

Deep fry or shallow fry 

Place the pattice in a baking tray brush oil on top and bake the at 180 degree Celsius for 5 minutes if undone go for another few more minutes
