Rava Handvo is a Gujarati dish that is very simple and easy to make full of

Ingredients
1 cup semolina
1/2 cup curd/Butter milk
Water
salt
1/2 cup french beans
1/2 cup bell pepper/capsicum
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green chilli
chopped coriander
1/4 tbsp.cumin seed
1/4 tbsp mustard seed
1/4 white sesame seed
Oil
Method:
In a bowl mix sooji curd mix well add water salt and make lump free batter,keep
aside for 15min.

In a ladle take oil when it is hot add all seeds in it,and mix it with rava batter,if consistency is thick add water to it and add all chopped veggies to it.
Eno is optional if you need then only add.
In a pan add oil and pour the batter and cover with lid after sometime flip it over and
brush oil on other side and let it cook

Handvo is ready serve it with any dip you like.
